Bulk Container Repair

With the highest rate of repairs in the industry, HPJ Industries can repair any size and any manufacturers’ bulk containers in order to extend service life and reduce costs. Our high repair rates are possible because of the thousands of spare parts we have in inventory at all locations. Unlike other repair companies, HPJ is not dependent upon “cannibalizing” good parts from the containers that you send in, as this practice effectively reduces the number of repaired containers returned.

We have the ability to repair truck load quantities of bulk containers in as little as 24 hours with an average turnaround of 3-5 days. We also offer tracking of repair loads to provide detailed hard data on your containers.

Steel Tub/Wire Basket Repair and Repurposing

HPJ Industries, Inc. specializes in steel repair, steel modification, and retro-fitting. Our Weld/Fab Shop capabilities are centered on making repairs and modifications to existing steel packaging, whether that be from our own inventory or customer inventory. Painting and stenciling is also available. For steel repairs, a picture of the unit or on-site visit will be needed to collect the current dimensions and specifications. Once we have the existing dimensions, modification updates will be provided. Turnaround time depends on extent of damage, desired modifications, and load quantity.
